Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled closer with a proven track record in software and implementation sales. They should possess a strong understanding of IT jargon and have the ability to effectively navigate the complexities of IT sales on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

  2. Identify and qualify leads, actively prospecting and generating new business opportunities.

  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

  5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  8. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Business Development Manager/Executive

  1. Proven track record of success in software and implementation sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  2. Strong understanding of IT jargon and familiarity with software development and implementation processes.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  6. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  7. Willingness to travel as needed.
