ERPNext Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
Role Overview
We are hiring an ERPNext Functional Consultant who will configure the system and ensure business processes are correctly mapped into ERPNext. The role requires hands-on configuration, user training and documentation ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements.
Configure ERPNext modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR).
Define workflows, approval processes, and user roles.
Prepare masters: Items, Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts.
Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and training material.
Conduct end-user training sessions.
Support UAT and resolve functional issues.
Assist data migration.
Coordinate between client users and the development team.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of accounting flow (Order → Invoice → Payment).
Inventory and stock movement understanding.
Good documentation and communication ability.
Experience in ERP configuration.
Exposure to wireframe tools such as Figma.
Additional Skills
Experience in ERPNext is a must for at least 1 year .
