Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Point of Sale (POS) Solutions to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving POS solution sales, generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive outreach, and effective use of CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Engagement: Conduct outreach to identify and engage potential customers in industries like retail, hospitality, and food services.
Solution Selling: Understand client requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and recommend tailored POS solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Schedule meetings with qualified leads, follow up promptly with unresponsive prospects, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools to track and manage interactions, automate follow-ups, and gain insights into lead behavior.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of lead sources and track key sales metrics to optimize performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems and their applications in retail and hospitality.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in SaaS-based solutions, ERP, or POS sales.
Knowledge of modern POS integrations (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management).
Familiarity with industries like retail, hospitality, and food services.
