Role Expectations
Take ownership of backend development and integrations, ensuring code quality and scalability.
Work with third-party APIs like Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
Handle authentication flows, webhooks, and campaign data processing efficiently.
Optimize database queries and backend performance.
Maintain thorough documentation and code clarity for seamless handoffs.
Collaborate with team members proactively and communicate updates regularly.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, propose solutions, and implement them.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, API changes, and emerging technologies.
Essential Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with strong Laravel expertise.
Strong experience with Laravel (latest version / Starter Kit).
Proven experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks.
Experience in Cron job setup, queue management, and background processing.
Proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL and database optimization.
Familiarity with Git and MVC architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
