Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and effective use of CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct a high volume of calls and emails to inbound leads.

  2. Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads.

  3. Maintain prompt communication to inquiries, adhering to our SLA.

  4. Follow up promptly with leads who have become unresponsive to re-engage and nurture them through the sales funnel.

  5. Maintain the complete lead information collected during initial interactions.

  6. Track and analyze the effectiveness of different lead sources to identify the most valuable channels.

  7. Use CRM tools effectively to manage and track interactions with leads, automate follow-up tasks, and gain insights into lead behavior and engagement.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure key metrics.
